Become the friendly librarian of your content

It was lovely to be asked by my former colleagues Justin Spooner and Matthew Shorter who run a really interesting agency called Unthinkable to write a post on content discovery for their blog.

It caused me to reach for a childhood experience and mix that with my seven year old daughter’s obsession with Roald Dahl’s Matilda to muse on why discovering new content is so hard.
